How to find your User ID？
- Log in to the game.
- Once the game has loaded, tap the "Menu" button in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."
- The ID displayed in the Settings interface is your User ID.
If I entered the wrong User ID when placing an order, how can I do?
- If you entered an existing account and the item has been delivered, then we request you to please be more cautious next time while inputting game User ID. Please unclick the "Remember Me" box below the User ID and clear your browser's cache details to prevent this happen in the future.
- If you entered a non-existent account and the item has not been successfully delivered, then please visit our Help Center to provide the correct User ID, and we will assist you.
